Bookings
SofiaAirportTransfer will email you a quotation for your airport transfer, long distance or local journeys based on the information provided by you. SofiaAirportTransfer reserve the right to amend the quotation if there is any material change to the original itinerary, the number of passengers, or the type of vehicle required.
Airport Transfers
You must allow sufficient time when booking your taxi to allow for the check-in times required by your airline and for any delays caused by traffic conditions. SofiaAirportTransfer shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.
Luggage
You must order a suitable vehicle type for the number of passengers and luggage. SofiaAirportTransfer cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger and needs a personal seat. Baby/Child seat is provided free of charge. If you need to transport a ski or snowboard equipment, wheelchair, etc. please specify this at the time of booking.
Flight Delays
SofiaAirportTransfer will always check for flight delays before the driver leaves for the airport but can only rely on the information supplied by the Airport Websites. We DO NOT charge an extra fee for flight delays waiting.
Booking Confirmation
Once you have accepted your quotation, please check your booking confirmation carefully and inform SofiaAirportTransfer promptly for any errors or changes. SofiaAirportTransfer shall not be responsible for any delays caused or costs arising from/by your failure to provide us with correct information.
Payment
Payments can be made in cash on arrival, by PayPal or with bank transfer. We accept cash in Leva, Euros, British Pounds or US Dollars. For PayPal and bank transfer payments surcharges will apply. For round trip transfers payment is made 50% on arrival and 50% before departure.
A full receipt can be emailed direct to you or hand written business card receipts supplied by your driver. Please note that an emailed receipt can take up to 48 hours.
